This Memorandum of Agreement made for 99 yrs long term Lease deed, I, Second party, below schedule property is my purchase property. I look after the property as Parichalak of the Trusty and that has been correctly recorded at L.R. Record in my name at Settlement record and I am possessing the said property in Khas peacefully and without any disturb of others on behalf of trusty.
We have the curriculum laboratories for our beloved students. They study the laboratory with full educational support. The area of laboratory is 394.05 sq.m.
